FOUNDING PARTNERS

Help build
a mentoring community.

TagTeam Mentors is developing a mentoring program for young people ages 10–17. We’re exploring the people, places and resources needed for a supported program before expanding.

START WITH THE FOUNDATIONS

Where support could help.

Program locations, budget, timing and capacity are not yet confirmed.

Mentor preparation

Recruitment, interviews, references, screening and training.

Safe places to connect

Approved meeting spaces, supervision and accessible activities.

Program coordination

Scheduling, guardian communication, mentor support and safeguarding procedures.

Learning and evaluation

Practical resources, participant feedback and careful progress reporting.

A CLEAR PLAN BEFORE A COMMITMENT

Let’s build it thoughtfully.

A partnership discussion should define the program scope, agreed use of support, budget, responsible recipient, recognition and reporting. Monthly support and in-kind contributions can be explored once those details are established.

AMBITION, WITH ACCOUNTABILITY

Report progress honestly.

Our long-term ambition is to help thousands of young people. We are developing the foundations for responsible mentoring. There are no program outcomes to report yet.

Interest & preparation

Mentor interest, completed applications and preparation milestones.

Approved relationships

Approved mentors and human-reviewed, participant-accepted relationships.

Sessions & goals

Supported sessions, participant goals and voluntary feedback.
